We realize designs related to materials, geometry and production processes together with you, our customers, from the idea or raw design stage to the finished usable product.
MOLD AND APPARATUS MANUFACTURING
We take responsibility for the production of all molds and apparatus, especially with our experienced molders who can reflect the shrinkage rates of wax, ceramics and poured metals into the mold in different geometric sections at once.
PRODUCTION PROCESSES
We undertake the production responsibilities of designs that require investment casting and machining, which are our own resources, as well as other production methods, with our subsidiaries, if needed.
CONTROL, ANALYSIS and TESTS
Among our services, which can be summarized as material/product characterization in general terms, we can include dimensional control, microstructure analysis and non-destructive testing methods.
