HASSAS DÖKÜM PARÇALARI

Çevik Teknik Metalurji hem demir-çelik grubu hem de demir dışı grubu yüzlerce alaşımı dökebilmektedir. Demir-çelik grubunda alaşımsız, düşük alaşımlı ve yüksek alaşımlı çeliklerin yanı sıra nikel ve kobalt bazlı alaşımlar da dökülebilmektedir.

Demir dışı grubunda ise döküme uygun tüm alüminyum ve bakır alaşımları dökülebilmektedir. Uzmanlığımız olan malzeme bilimi gereği servis koşullarına en uygun malzeme seçimi konusunda müşterilerimizle ortak çalışmakta ve tüm bilgi ve deneyimimizi yaratılacak katma değerin bir parçası olarak sunmaktayız.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MOLDS AND APPARATUS
The first and most important step in obtaining long-lasting, high-quality and performance casting products is correctly designed molds and apparatus. Molds made of duraluminum or steel can be single or multi-cavity depending on the order quantity.
WAX INJECTION / WAX CASTING
High quality technical wax with constant shrinkage rates is used. Wax models as many as the number of pieces to be produced are printed on semi- or fully automatic, vertical or horizontal presses. If needed, wax cores are also produced at the same stage.
PICTURE FORMATION
Wax models are mounted on runners made of wax and the appropriate number of runners are mounted on the casting head.
CREATING CERAMIC MOLD
It is a ceramic mold into which molten metal will be poured. The candle cluster is dipped into specially formulated ceramic mud. Ceramic sand is applied on top of ceramic mud in a sprinkler or fluidized bed environment.
WAX MELT
In order to create the casting cavity, the wax in the ceramic is melted and removed under pressure in the autoclave. This process is carried out in 15-20 minutes at approximately 7 bar pressure and 200 C temperature.
CERAMIC MOLD BAKING
It is fired at the appropriate temperature in order to increase the strength of the ceramic mold and bring it to the appropriate temperature for casting.
CERAMIC MOLD CASTING
The alloy that is desired to be based on the Iron/Steel, Copper or Aluminum group is melted in an induction furnace or aluminum furnace, smelted by taking precautions that may affect the microstructure, and poured into ceramic molds.
CERAMIC MOLD BREAKING
After the poured metal solidifies and cools, it is removed by breaking it in ceramic mold breakers.
CUT / RESET
After the parts are cut from the runners, the runners are sanded.
HEAT TREATMENT - MACHINING - COATING
Depending on customer requests, process stages such as heat treatment, machining and coating are applied.
QUALITY CONTROL
In order to check the compliance of the produced parts with the specifications, final checks such as measurement control, mechanical tests and non-destructive testing are carried out.
