The basis of investment casting is casting tools such as molds and apparatus. We work together with our customers and our experienced molder team during the design phase to consistently produce the desired high-quality precision casting parts at the same quality.

molds
MODEL WAX INJECTION MOLDS
Required for all investment casting parts. It is generally produced from aluminum material and designed for wax injection at high pressure. Shrinkage margins must be taken into account throughout all processes. Depending on the part geometry, the use of pushers may be necessary. It is essential that the molds work efficiently and have a long life.
CORE WAX INJECTION MOLDS
It is not mandatory for all parts. Although the mold is the same as the modeling wax mold, the wax used is different and has soluble properties. Modeling wax is placed inside the mold, modeling wax is injected onto it, and then the core wax is dissolved and removed.
CERAMIC CORE MOLDS
Ceramic cores are used if the internal geometries obtained by using soluble wax cores cannot be coated with ceramics in the next stage, which is ceramic coating. They are generally produced from steel material for strength reasons. The wax is placed in the modeling wax mold, just like the core, and modeling wax is injected around it.
APPARATUS
MEASURING DEVICES
They are used to keep some special measurements under control at the process stage or on the final product.
VERIFICATION DEVICES
They are used to straighten the part in case it is warped during the casting phase.
